These guidelines ensure that all users of Xgirls.ai have a safe and welcoming environment when interacting with our AI companions. By using our services, you agree to follow these guidelines, alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully and check back regularly for updates.

1. Age Requirement

Xgirls.ai is a platform for users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use this service. All AI characters and interactions should also involve individuals aged 18 and older.

2. Community Standards

We are committed to fostering a respectful community where users can engage with AI characters safely. You are responsible for ensuring that your interactions and content abide by these principles:

Respect and Decency: Always treat others with kindness and respect. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or hate speech based on ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, or disability will not be tolerated.
Illegal Activities: Do not use Xgirls.ai for illegal activities, including but not limited to promoting explicit commercial sexual services, trafficking, or any form of harmful behavior.
Personal and Confidential Information: Do not share personal information such as credit card details, passwords, or private conversations without consent.
Impersonation and Deceptive Behavior: Impersonating others, creating deceptive accounts, or using false information is strictly prohibited.
Misinformation: Avoid spreading misinformation or harmful falsehoods that could endanger others or disrupt communities.

3. Prohibited Content

To maintain a positive environment, certain content is not allowed on Xgirls.ai:

Sexually Explicit Material: Refrain from sharing explicit images or media depicting real unclothed individuals. Explicit or suggestive material involving minors, including fictional representations, is strictly forbidden.
Non-consensual Content: Any content depicting or encouraging non-consensual actions, including sextortion, revenge pornography, or manipulation, is prohibited.

4. Protection of Minors

Xgirls.ai strictly prohibits the creation of AI characters that are underage. Do not share images or representations of minors, whether realistic or fictional, including drawings, AI-generated imagery, or figurines that resemble children. Any material that exploits, entices, or harms minors is completely banned. This includes content of any kind that depicts or suggests inappropriate interactions with minors. Violations of this policy will lead to immediate removal of the content, suspension of the user’s account, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities, including organizations that combat child exploitation.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

We rely on our community to help maintain these standards. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to our support team. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning, depending on the severity.

Our moderation team monitors the platform, but we also depend on user reports to uphold the community's integrity. Please note that we reserve the right to review and update these guidelines as needed.

5. Creativity and Originality

No Plagiarism: AI characters should be your original creations. Do not copy or replicate characters from other users without their permission.
Respect Intellectual Property: Always ensure you have the rights to use any content you share. Do not upload content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

Security and Responsible Usage

Malware and Hacking: Do not attempt to hack, spread viruses, or engage in any actions that could harm Xgirls.ai or other users.
Respect Boundaries: AI characters are designed to foster enjoyable interactions. Ensure your conversations respect boundaries and do not engage in abusive or harmful dialogue.
